The underlying database
      provides information of approximately 700 fluids along with the
      ability to assemble non-reacting mixtures of up to 50 different
      fluids. Fluids are listed by commonly used names, formula and
      chemical structure and the database can be searched and sorted
      on any of these identifiers.


      
Bulk modulus of elasticity,
      compressibility factor, critical pressure and temperature, density,
      enthalpy, entropy, internal energy, isentropic expansion coefficient,
      molecular weigh, phase, Prandtl number, pressure, quality, saturation
      pressure, sonic velocity, specific heats, specific volume, surface
      tension, temperatures, thermal conductivity, viscosity... and
